The Loftin Automated DEF System (LADS) is a simple solution to a complex problem. Loftin Equipment has created a system which will automatically replenish the DEF tank that is supplied with the engine.
The LADS has been designed to work with any major diesel engine brand requiring DEF. The tank features a steel outer shell and a HDPE Poly Plastic inner tank built specifically for DEF. In 4 easy steps, the LADS will be up and running. Operators will simply connect the wire harness from the LADS control panel to the engine maintenance port, and select the specific engine brand in the control panel. Then connect the supply hose to the engine DEF tank drain port, and connect the power clips to a battery.
A remote fluid recovery system allows a drain pan to be placed under equipment and used oil to be pumped into the holding tank. Tanks are independently mounted with vibration dampening springs and pads, while each tank is equipped with a 3:1 or 5:1 pump, hose reel as standard equipment. Features include electric start air compressor with Honda or Kohler engine and a tandem axle with hydraulic or electric brakes and all necessary wiring. All reels and equipment are out of the weather and secure.
